Before this, she was the Managing Director for Experis – Part of the Fortune 140: ManpowerGroup for Asia Pacific & Middle East (APME), where she was responsible for building and expanding the Professional Services workforce solutions business under the brand Experis across 13 countries in the Asia Pacific & Middle East region.
She also served as the Managing Director of Right Management India and Middle East for seven years, where, she was responsible for restructuring, building and managing a profitable business, building the organization brand through thought leadership and focused marketing initiatives and key client engagement and management. Additionally she has been working closely with various CXO level clients, advising them on Talent Management and Career Management challenges of their organization.
Chaitali has been awarded ‘The Young HR professional of the Year Award’ and the ‘Women at Work Leadership Award’ at the Asia’s Best Employer Brands Awards 2012 held in Singapore.
Chaitali has received Right Management Global President’s Award for consecutive 3 years, 2010, 2011 and 2012 for her exemplary performance at work and sales numbers.
In addition to this, she was identified as Top Talent as part of IBM Strategy and Change Practice and was part of the Women Leader Program at IBM.
